Productivity has many definitions.
Mine is the result of the following conditions:
- Plenty of sleep.
- Just enough food.
- Frequent exercise.
- Smashing outfits.
- An hour of focused work.
- Occasional game breaks.
- Another hour or two of focused work.
- Task lists.
- Lots of water.
- A clean work environment.
- Bed by midnight.
And if I can work nap and yoga breaks in there, well, the more will get done.
Otherwise I just feel like a slob and you can forget about it.
